Is Gusev really worth giving up Bear?

I personally think so. With the amount of prospects coming up on D Bear is my odd man out plus Holland said himself that he likes big defenders which might make Bear expendable in his eyes as well. And to bring in the potential of Gusev I think it’s hard not to do.

I would give up a first and Bear for Gusev

I was under the impression that Bear was a coveted prospect by EDM. But then I remembered Bouchard, so I see your point.

He was regarded very highly after winning whl defender of the year. But since then the Oilers have added the likes of Broberg, Bouchard, Samorukov & Jones has improved immensely. All that added up leaves him the odd man out
