Description

Let's take a look at options left after FA Day 1 and find some BM friendly contracts.

- Girardi even with his age and having spent time with a dominant Tampa is still a quality pick up and veteran. Given his age a short affordable contract is fair. He could make a great partner for Larsson or Guhle.
- Aberg I think we really had a good thing with. I don't want him to take a roster spot unless he earns it, but getting him on a 2 way contract could be a great depth player.
- Morrow is a good sized RD, relatively low risk but would be most ideal as a depth/2way guy.
- Roy fan club stan. He lost a lot of time to injury but needs one more solid chance before we give up on him. He's still valuable in the AHL.

I'd love to see us pick up Gardiner or a more solid 4th D but I won't hold my breath.
