EL CHEAPO MELNYK is going to pay out 2 thirds of backes remaining 12 million for Heinen keep adding pics or another top prospect . Ottawa can get to the cap floor and pick up useful players better then that . they can take on other teams ltir contracts ex. hossa ,clarkson , stoner , franzen etc etc this gets them to the cap floor without costing them a penny
