Description

Lou gets Nelson, Lee, Flip, Fritz and Lehner in the fold, then makes 4 draft day trades (plus one later) and finally he secures 2 big UFA's as he reshapes the roster for a deeper playoff run....obviously there is closer to 7 million left in cap space as all of the bottom six of forwards and Dobson, Wilde and Weatherspoon were put up there to show prospect pool. Sorkoin also doesnt have to sign yet

He really tailed off last season after being traded, so I would expect his contract to come in somewhere between 4-5 years and 4-5 million. Maybe someone offers him 5/25 but I would be shocked if he gets a 6-year offer. 4/18 is probably where he will wind up and I wasn't too far from that

The Hoffman trade, imo, makes sense purely from a value standpoint but I also don't think they would take hickey.
