Honestly, I wonder if we could get AZ to "Brooks Orpik" Seabs...ya know...trade him and buy him out just for Seabs to sign back with Chicago?

Arizona has to sign their own players this off season and may not have enough to take on Seabrook's deal. Also he has NMC he has to wave to be put into expansion draft, if not you have to protect him.

If Byram is drafted, switch Beaudin and Mitchell.

I think this is pretty close to what we should actually expect. just think Anisimov might be gone. Also, if Sikura hasn’t proved himself he will be gone. As you’ve already put other young guys in the lineup. But a big question, that you left blank, the goalie situation? Crawford looked good last year after coming back from a long time off. If he does well this year, they can/should resign him. Shouldn’t be for too much.

5 million dollars... To Erik ****ing Gustafsson... My god, what a blatant waste of money. Would actually be worse than Seabs' contract, because he can't ****ing defend. Sure he points up points, but who cares, he's a bloody tire fire in his own end. Ship off to someone else while he has value.

He's better at defending than you give him credit for. He's not going to be a defensive juggernaut, but in terms of offensive defensemen, he's decent.

He's still getting better at 27, too; a late bloomer.
