Rules:
Must have 7 Players with 5+M. No ELC's. Must be on the NHL roster and you may not use more than 2 players per team. Must make a 23-Man Roster including 12 Forwards, 6 Defense, 2 Goalies, and 3 scratches. Scratches are your choosing on the ratio. Must have 1 Cap Dump involved (anyone who is bad with over a 5M Contract (this does count as one of the 5M contracts).

Selections:
Cap Dump = Phaneuf (not sure if Mike Green counted, he's overpaid, but not awful)
5+M = MacKinnon, Barkov, Marchand, Gaudreau, Wheeler, Giordano, Phaneuf
Chose to go with low cost goal tending as it is a position that is hard to predict who will have the best year any given year. The two guys I picked were solid this year but have a history of being inconsistent, so this would be a platoon situation. Spent the most on forwards and chose to go with depth up the middle making sure I have some two way guys to complement the offensive wingers. Went a little bit cheaper with the defense to fit my cap dump, but the top two pairs I would be comfortable marching out against most anyone. Scratches are a couple versatile quick forwards that could rotate in on a regular basis on the fourth line wings depending on who was going. Phaneuf would be designated popcorn muncher but could draw in periodically for injuries as a bottom pairing defender as he has played both LD & RD.
