Colton Sissons will be resigned. These are some of the moves that maybe Nashville want to do in order to sign Duchene. I based my 9,1 M signing estimate on the number of points during his contract and how does it fare for him against John Tavares. If he signs in Nashville at that price, he would keep more of his money than Tavares because of the taxes.

Let’s be clear, Nashville is maybe CBJ top competition to sign Duchene. No way in hell they take on that terrible Turris contract to make room for you to sign Dutchy

If Duchene is 100% not resigning in Columbus I think we take it. Turris is better then Wennberg and might be able to get back to the top 6 center he was when he signed that contract.

Man that’s a Subban contract is probably immovable unless you take salary back. Severson has a value add cap hit so that’s not it.

I don’t disagree there. I’m just concerned that 5 more years at $6m aav becomes a terrible and even more unmovable contract. Would rather trade sonny and wenny for picks and go with our prospects
