Again its just throwing expiring UFAs to teams that dont want them and they are effectively cap dumps to the receivers without any compansation. Good players = sure, but as expiring UFAs to make the cap work for TOR, they are cap dumps to non contending teams.</div></div>

Tank 50% + Mikkola just went for a cap dump and late first.

The mediocre return for an extended Horvat set the buyers market.

Engvall + 1st now seems like an overpayment.
