Not a chance. Come back to reality. Kubalik at $5 and Strome at $3.5 and you don’t even have a goalie yet.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>TheGreatMistake</b></div><div>Hawks pass. I think this is a close trade, but Debrusk and Rask aren't making the Hawks a playoff team (not that it's their fault). They couldn't even make the playoffs with Lehner and Crawford playing well, so adding Rask probably isn't the answer. This feels like a lateral move for both teams as Debrincat>Debrusk and Rask>Markstrom. Chicago gets a better starter but their main issue is still team defense. Boston adds more goals but also lets in a few more.</div></div>
Didn’t have Lehner for the playoffs and he went in a tear. Crawford was good but not Rask or Lehner.
Chicago needs 2 goalies and to sign Kubalik and Strome.
If Chicago isn’t going to include a pick then swap DeBrincat for Kubalik. ;)

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Propeller09</b></div><div>Vaakanainan is in the Bruins plans. He was in their plans last year.
There is potential for a great defense core there already. If Vaakanianan is a true stud #1 and they have him, McAvoy and Carlo under control for the next 5 or so years. Especially because Lauzon and Clifton have proven to be legit NHL Dmen. Zboril looks about ready too.
I don't think the Bruins should bring Chara back. I was kind of hoping they could sign him for league minimum heading into playoffs as 7/8th dman, but I assume he doesn't want that. I want to see what the Bruins have, and I don't think you can win with Chara getting 20M+ a night. 12-14 tops, but I'd rather give it to Lauzon and see what he turns into.
I'd like to see the Bruins improve on their left side d. How much they replace all depends on where Vaakanianan is in his development.
I feel like the break and delay in season(s) is going to have an interesting effects on the younger guys. The ones who were able to participate in the bubble are going to be way ahead of others. I can only assume Studnicka will be miles ahead of Beecher who probably wasn't able to skate/train the same.</div></div>
It’s hard with Vaak because we’ve seen limited ice time. Thought he was ready and played well when he did come up but the LD was blocked.
Concur with Chara. 12-14 if they do sign him. I think they need to move on though. Have to see what we have. The window is closing, but I still feel that not scoring against Tampa is the inevitable challenge every year so rather go UFA and get an upgrade on the second line. And maybe no the RW

He has a heart problem. Potentially fixable via surgery but that was the word on his “unfit to play”
More likely Studnicka takes the RW3 spot over Senyshyn. Wagner on LTIR for?</div></div>

It’s an option but the Bs need to develop some talent in the NHL. Krug and Grze on the same tram doesn’t make sense. If we sign Krug then Grze becomes a trade asset. Love him but we need some size with the speed on LD.

Not really. He cracked the lineup and would have been a PPG if 1 goal not called back and then got injured. bs are developing his Defensive game. Have to believe he plays this year considering the Bs situation or moves up to top line so he shows some points for all the people who look at only that.

And yah. Debrusk does not accept that for 6yrs IMHO. He did have a down year so likely to negotiate better on a 3yr bridge deal. Maybe you get down to $3M AAV with him, but not $4M for 6yrs.

Senyshyn has tons of Value as a RW for McDavid. Someone to keep up with him and be first of the puck for recovery. I would have for Pullijiarvi back in the deal though. Similar situation but the Bs may be able
To work with him. Good size. Not as much speed or skill as Seny. Have you seen the JP video where he plays a men’s league game and actually, doesn’t look that good. Pavel Barber does a better job than he does. You never know though. Change of scene.

Like the Nurse Deal. Not sure on Lehner. Have to move Rask because up front, this lineup is worse than they currently have. Have to pick up a Tiffoli or Dadanov or

Chicago is in Cap trouble. Ritchie does nothing for them. They need 2 goalies and to sign Strome and Kubalik.
Moore is actually quite serviceable as a 2nd pair D on a team that is struggling. He’s be better than 4 of 6 of Toronto Dmen.

Pretty sure everyone in Edmonton wants out of Nurse. I’d say DeBrusk for the 1st with remainder to add to the rest of the package for Nurse.
Edmonton would be THE fastest teams in the league if they played Senyshyn and signed Anthanasiou

I do... and I think he can be in the 55-60pts range with the Bs. Maybe the 1st is an overpay but he has term and still under team control after this deal...
So maybe the 1st needs to go to ANA instead, and the 2nd+3rd to the Rangers.
The Bs have to retain salary for the ANA deal which is why I backed off on the 1st round to them.
The point... burn this years draft if we can get a good 2nd line RW and a proven 3rd line winger.

Saad is likely on the move, and it looks like Chicago is interesting in a trade to Boston. Bs have to give a little more for the cap retention I think. Probably upgrade to a first or they probably want Heinen.

Time for a Rebuild
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>rednwhite</b></div><div>Wings decline. Krejci and Krug don't fit into their window and why would the Wings trade picks when they are rebuilding? Trading AA who is 24 and just scored 30 goals doesn't make much sense either.</div></div>
Krug is a stud defenseman that will fit into anyone's plans, are you kidding me!!! Maybe the 1yr left on the contract makes it hard, but he probably re-signs with them, and potentially with a hometown discount. Having Krejci (who just came off a great season and has a Stanley cup) for 2 years while rebuilding is invaluable. Krug at the trade deadline fetches a 1st and a prospect on his own. Getting Krejci to only give up 2, 2nds is a steal of a deal.
In general though, the trades I propose are actually possible. I'd suggest that most of those trades are minor losses for the Bs. If the trade isn't with the team I AGM'd, they could be with other teams
p.s. Hey Flyers fans... would you do Carter Hart for "almost playoff MVP Rask"?

I agree about Duchene.
Panarin is just a pipe dream.
Wings trading draft picks when they are rebuilding doesn't make sense - correct again. But Krug can put some fans in the empty seats.
But in your comment: did you mean that 'All Goalies suck'?</div></div>
Backes isn't going to play in Boston. They made sure that message was sent. He has pride and Ottawa is going to be better than everyone thinks. Mark my words. They just need to hit the salary floor. Pavel's contract from Detroit might help them, but getting Backes and a 2nd round is a win/win for them. Duchene isn't going back there. Neither is Karlsson.
Krejci and Backes are actually perfect for the Sens. 2yrs of not worrying about salary floor and then they are done.
Duchene is just religious. He's not a Duche. Had a great playoff run and would look good in the Bs uniform. Plus he's part of a pro skills group that Boston would benefit from having some exposure to.

Trade Rask while the value is high. Basically moved out Krejci, Backes, Rask, and Krug and re-built a good team.
Big risk is the goalie but Felger and Mazz tell me we can win with an "ok" goalie which Halak is for 1 year, and then we see what happens after that. Vladar better be good
