Feedback on Deals
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>ON3M4N</b></div><div><div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>coga16</b></div><div>
They still take it but I wouldnt like it bc i hold more value in keeping Landeskog for the team going forward plus I just hate the idea of a big futures package. I would like to see 1-2 good pieces vs 4 to add up the value. The Avs would have to take some time to develop all the pieces so its good for them, as a Fan it would be a slap in the face since it doesnt have to be such a tear down to fix this thing.
I just don't see the Avs and Bruins being good trade partners for that reason I mentioned above, they would only do a multi piece futures package, and to me, that puts all the risk on the Avs without getting any for sure pieces</div></div>
Vatrano is already playing in the NHL
Zboril is just about NHL ready
Heinen started the year in the NHL (probably gets a long look next year)
I think these guys are closer to being in the NHL than you think. 1 or 2 guys isn't going to significantly alter the Av's. In the NHL you need depth and a package like mentioned above gives depth and potential for high end talent (Zboril and 1st)</div></div>
Zboril is just about NHL ready? That's funny. He needs ATLEAST a year in the AHL if not more. His decision making is poor even at the CHL level.

Boston Bruins Mock
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>ON3M4N</b></div><div>I'd love to get a 2nd for McQuaid, but with his contract and injury history IDK if anyone would be willing to pay that.
Not sure why DAL would want Bels or Subban
If its going to cost a 2nd to unload Hayes, I'd rather buy him out or keep him for the extra year.
Lastly, why is Boston carrying 3 goalies?</div></div>
I'll answer in reverse order. 3 Goalies because I was too lazy to drop McIntyre down after singing him. Good job busting balls on something trivial.
Really you guys don't want to pay a 2nd to drop Jimmy Hayes while getting back a 4th? Well if you can trick someone into giving us something for him then fine, lets do it. I don't think he's wanted by anyone, so this is our option. Don't buy him out then we get cap hit to the following year as well. That's a moronic option that doesn't solve our problem.
You're not sure why Dallas would want Subban? Do you live on Mars? They've had Goalie Problems for awhile now and Subban is the best unproven option thats available. Name a better goalie prospect they could get please.
You don't think Chiarelli would like another tough guy? That's your opinion, but they broke the bank to get Lucic because of his intensity and fighting ability while producing some points. Adam McQuaid would fit them like a glove and they need another RHD, unless you're a Mark Fayne believer. They need a defenseman when Kris Russell leaves and it's not looking like Reinhart will emerge or could play his off side in the NHL. Where is their #5/6 RHD coming from? You think they find something better cheaper in the bargain bin UFA's? Please enlighten me on who they could pay less that could contribute more. I'll be waiting to hear this.

Next Year's Lines - 2nd Attempt
I think this kinda sucks, even though I got excited when I saw your trade. Then your Vegas maneuver was on point. They won't take a crap late rounder to take our garbage and you're aware of that.
I don't like how you're going with Rooks on the Left. You better be sure they're ready. Imo Schaller fits on the left somewhere. Also Blidh is a better 4th liner than Cehlarik. Lets not dumb down Cehlarik and make him play in an energy line role please, that'll Fking ruin the kid.
Patrick Eaves is your solution at RW? The guys Injury list would fill three pages with the text at size 12. He's had 1 good year in his career and it was when he was old. I'm thinking he's on something like HGH or Roids or another drug. Not sure what the NHL's drug testing is because I never see anyone busted for anything. Bottom line I don't want a guy that is likely to drop like a fly during the season. We just came off a series where Injuries are what killed us and you want a guy who's basically guaranteed to miss time? I don't even remember any of your other mocks, but I'm comfortable saying this isn't your best work.

Offensive spark from Oshie
Take the 3rd from us out of that deal and I think you'd be right. Jimmy Hayes has value, he's a potential 20 goal scorer, who turned into a pumpkin when he came home to Boston.
Ryan Spooner makes the best out of crappy situations. Having Beleskey and The Boston Version of Jimmy Hayes is Fing terrible for wingers. Those guys belong in a beer league somewhere. It's embarrassing to watch them frankly.
I'd rather roll out 2 4th lines with like Accari Kuraly and Blidh, Schaller Nash and someone else and be like, just go out there and finish every god damn check and when you get the puck you need to chip it in and chase the play. Wear them down physically until it creeps into them mentally. We've got tons of young 4th liner types. Just go for 2 energy lines.
Tired of Beleskey and Hayes dancing around out there doing nothing. Beleskey checks, but at nearly 4M I think i'll pass on him for our future. He's not here to play out his contract, even if we have to buy him out in a year or two. Get rid of these guys now, while theres some value. Hayes at 2.3M for 1year has to be attractive to some team. Beleskey we probably have to pay someone to take him.
Vegas isn't taking a turd contract that lasts 3 years for a measly 4th rounder. They'll get way better offers than that. For instance Buffalo will probably pay a 2nd rounder to take Bogosian. He's atleast twice the player Beleskey is and isn't twice the price in contract. The 2nd rounder is maybe 3 or 4 times better than your 4th depending on who you ask. Vegas will get deals from everyone, no chance they take a 4th for Beleskey, unless George McPhee stops working out for a couple days and goes insane, or becomes totally unmotivated. He's gonna hit the Gym bro and he's gonna get the best deals. You dangle your 4th rounder in his face to take Beleskey and He'd probably kick your teeth in. He's old but he looks like he could still take an honest shift in the NHL. He's not gonna take your garbage for crap offers.

Boston Bruins Mock
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>sabresfan915</b></div><div>Any chance the bruins trade one of mcavoy or carlo?</div></div>
Zero, but thank you for thinking a guy with as little posts as I has the authority to speak for our entire fanbase. I guess you were impressed by this mock I cranked out in 10 minutes. You should have rated it though. If one of them goes, its Carlo and it's for like Ekblad, Trouba, Provorov and The oldest guy I could see us going for would be Klingberg. Maybe Werenski if we want to keep both Kevan McQuaid and Adam Miller (I did that on purpose). Basically it's for a better version of Carlo because we don't want to wait 3 years for him to get to the same level. We're not adding much either, maybe a 2nd rounder at most. Thank you for the traffic on my mock.

You are out to breakfast lunch and dinner on that Rask trade. Mike Smith is a terrible front runner who ended up razor close to a 3.00 GAA. He faced about 200 more shots and had 20 more goals against, similar Save % and is 5 years older. That's the guy you trade our franchise goalie for? Oh we get a 2nd round pick? Completely useful in a draft thats weaker than a wad of toilet paper you wipe your backside with and break through. Clearly you were on the john and it spilled over into your trades. You're a guy that can clearly and competnetly navigate the trade market. You clearly got the absolute most you could have for Rask. W2G! I'm going to be your biggest fan now, after you ruined our team with a singular deal. That's a rare feat on here. I've literally been watching this site for 6 months and finally just registered when I felt I had the hang of whats going on. This is the worst singular trade I've seen. Mike Smith? Please tell me you're on hardcore drugs or completely drunk. If you really think we should get 5 years older at the most important position just to take off a little over a million in cap and get your wrinkle dink pick I'm going to call you Magoo from now on in a friendly manner. You guys are similar in more ways than you think.
As for the other trade you did fine 5 Stars all around. Spooner's value plummeted, Zboril is a bonehead at times and Beleskey sucks. The 2nd round pick is barely useful too. We end up with the 2 best players in the trade. Is this a situation where you're just so smart that you thought you'd overpay on one trade so it wouldn't look bad when you ripped a team off with the following trade? If you did that then I respect it more and you're ahead of the game. It's more realistic to lose a deal and then win a deal. I've seen plenty of mocks where they just win every deal clearly and I'm like "I could do better" I registered so now I have a chance to prove it. I'll be a Man and make a mock now that you can pick apart.
