<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Tacoshanes10</b></div><div>Yeah when I was watching the draft I was very confused why they picked Quinn over Rossi. However, Quinn is still an exceptional offensive powerhouse and positionally it makes sense.</div></div>

I understand what you mean.
In general centers are much more valuable than wingers.
Eichel, Tavares, Crosby, and many more can make a seventh round draft pick look good (Olofsson, Moulson, Sheary in the correct order).

There are other sources for mock drafts, but his has three different contributors who all thought Rossi be gone by the fifth round while all also agree Quinn would be available in the 11th round.

So IMO Buffalo voluntarily moved from the fifth spot to the eleventh spot.
If a team were to try to move up from the 11th OA to the 5th OA that team would need to add a very good pick around the 30th OA.

I do not want to get into a food fight over this, it is just my opinion.
Buffalo is not in the position to be drafting by need, they still need a lot more talent.
Rossi is considered to have more talent then Quinn.

Further more, a center can be moved to the wing if needed see Sam Reinhart.

<strong>Peterka </strong>had a goal and an assist for Germany in a 16 to 2 beatdown and an assist in the 5-2 loss to Finland.
So he has had a hand in 3 of the 5 goals scored by Germany.
I thought that Peterka was a great pick, Rossi IMO was a gift that we passed on.

Regardless, nice team, good future IMO.
