He hasn't changed anything they do at all in this series. Keefe just hasn't adjusted to what Florida does. Florida really only has quick strike offence, nullify that and they are done. Keefe has done nothing to address that.

I'm well aware we're in a deep hole and thought this team would have shown up for game 2 but haven't yet. This team needs to set the tone and dictate the pace of play, which they've failed to do to this point and I blame the coaching. Keefe didn't out coach cooper in the Tampa sieries, they were worn out. Keefe has been outcoached this entire sieries and his panic shows with the constant line juggling. By this time of year a teams lines should be pretty much set and unless injuries pile up a coach should not need to adjust as much as keefe has. I can understand trying to get your guys going but that should not be the case this time of year for the players.
This group can't win because they like losing more than yhey hate winning and you just can't win a cup without that drive. This team has the talent to win a cup but lack the will needed IMO.</div></div>
I am not sure that's the right word to use. I think they do what their coach wants and their coach is too stubborn to change anything. I said it after game 1 when Keefe acted like it was all good, we played well enough to win bla bla bla bla. That scared me because it showed me he learned nothing from the loss and then game 2 reinforced it when he again did nothing because they deserved to win. He's just not a playoff coach. He may become one someday but we can't wait on him to learn.
Hire whoever wins the memorial cup.

Im pretty sure everyone here has some gripe with Keefe. The only differences is the order in which we want changes to happen, and the severity of the issues we charge him with

Look, this is definitely fair to say, but it's infuriating. These guys don't ever show an ounce of urgency or accountability in these media scrums. I get it's just a media scrum and ignoring the outside noise is good, but I wish for once they'd atleast show us that they have atleast some kind of drive. Not singling out mitch because this is across the board (aside from Nylander), but it's so annoying. New culture needed dearly</div></div>

I am just sad at this point, just wasting this roster. I realize Keefe will be able to get out some better matchups in OZone starts but still, after what they just performed in Game 3, how are you coming out with this.

I know someone is going to point to Rielly and really, I'm happy that he particularly has been very good but it's safe to say he's not a guy you can just pair with anyone and not be sweating over what is happening on the ice.
I'm really wondering this with the struggles on D.</div></div>
The defence isn't the problem, Florida's offence is almost entirely quick strike offence. That's not the defence. It's the system. It's flawed and Keefe doesn't change anything.

I think the leafs are real high on Minten, l would trade Holmberg over him. Monahan has played 140 games over the past 3 years scoring 24 goals, 68 points and is a -26. IDK what that is worth on the open market but it doesn't get you 6M a year and a topline position. Imo

Acciari is a must resign. His physical play is a must for playoff time, he is also on the 2nd PK unit and blocks a ton of shots.
