Small trade
Doesn't work like that, New Jersey isn't just going to acquire to inactives with huge cap hits just because they're only giving away 6th round picks, thus meaning every other trade can't happen due to cap space.

It's possible but JR better hope that pick doesn't turn out to be anything between 11-26 or else they're in deep trouble if the pick turns out to be a good player. I'm not saying it's not realistic but the value COULD be largely off if that pick turns out to be something good.

Trading for Studs
VAN Trade:
Boeser is going to be an absolute stud, he's a point per game player in his rookie campaign. There's no way Vancouver, ever, decides to give up their future star. The value may be somewhat decent but by no means do both teams win, sure Vancouver gains blueline depth, a 2nd line winger, and a pick but Boeser will be better than Reinhart and Scandella in his career for sure. Also, it doesn't make sense for Vancouver to give up Vanek either who is currently on pace for about 57 points.
ARI Trade:
Once again, Arizona would never give up Keller unless they're getting a very similar player in return + more. Arizona is going to want to stay young to continue their rebuild properly. Sure O'Reilly sounds nice on paper but where is he going to fit in 1-2 years when Strome is breathing down his neck for the 1st line / 2nd line center position. Also, Ekman-Larsson is arguably a Top 5 D-Man in the league on any other team, he's been playing on a very weak Arizona squad for a while with a weak d-core for most of the time. You're going to need a larger haul for just Ekman-Larsson himself .
LA Trade:
For the 3rd time, no way the Kings give up a future elite sniper in Kempe, he is on pace for about 44 points in his rookie campaign and will likely heat up due to playing on a good team like LA. Pearson is also a Top 6 forward and no way LA would be willing to give him up just to get younger when they're a contender right now. Casey Mittelstadt may be good but he is nowhere near the hype of Kempe, at least to everyone outside of Buffalo. He won't have any true value until he is out of college. Just look at Colin White, he was point per game in his first college season and now he is barely on pace for 40 points in the AHL. No way LA takes a risk on Casey Mittelstadt.
FLA Trade:
You're criminally overrating Ekblad, who hasn't reached over 40 points in his career and had 21 points in 68 games last season. Now that you have Keller, who will be elite in the near future, why would trade him away for someone who is borderline elite (I wouldn't even consider elite) plus give away very high valued picks at the same time. Florida would be accepting that in a heartbeat if they got that offer. Goes to show how much you're overpaying for him.
All around every trade doesn't really make sense, the value is there on some but they would probably never happen. Plus between 2018-2020 you only have 14 picks, when you at default you should have 21 picks over 3 drafts. Not the best for a team in a rebuild.

Deadline Deals
No way Penguins give away arguably their second-best prospect to a division rival, also don't see why the Flyers would want to get older with Hornqvist.

Pacioretty for Duchene straight up would be a steal for Ottawa let alone all the other pieces.

Panthers Playoff Push?
This may just be my bias as an Ottawa Senator fan but Mike Hoffman is worth a lot more than that. He's on pace for about 62 points and 23 goals. A second adds value, but it's a second, not a first. Matheson may look good with his new fancy contract but he's on pace for 25 points and Florida is a middle of the pack team and he'll likely drop off from this pace. This is without mentioning the Senators don't need offensive depth on their blueline, they need a shutdown Top 4 Dman, which Matheson is not. Haapala is an average 4th liner at best, was barely point per game in the Sm-liiga, Senators don't need 4th liner depth. Last but not least Senators wouldn't ship off top 6 - elite sniper to a team in their division, it would likely be a team in the west.

2017-18 Team
Every trade looks pretty solid except for the Carolina trade, I don't think Carolina would give up one of their better prospects, he may be having a below average season in the American Hockey League but he is only 21 years old, still has the potential to become a solid Top 4 even Top 2 D-Man. While Baertschi is 25 and has never reached over 35 points in his entire career, maybe Canucks add in a 3rd to make this go through.

Don't see how Zboril - who has 5 points in 25 games in the AHL is taken over Konecny who has 10 points in 32 games in the NHL, none the less, interesting choices...

Sens rebuilding moves
As it seems others have already covered the trades.... I don't believe that Carlson would sign for only 6.75mil, I'd say in the 8-9 million range, he's going to want to get what he is worth IF he hits the market.

Sell it all, get young, rebuild, roll the dice on Dahlin.
1/5 star trade for reasons:
-Price just signed an exntension, he isn't going.
-Draisaitl will maybe peak at a career high 90 points, Weber has been a top 5 defensive defenceman for the past 5-7 years as well as putting up over 40 points constantly. Price is also a top 3 goalie in the world. You aren't trading a top 5 D'D-Man and a Top 3 Goalie for a center who couldn't even hold his own without McDavid.
-Andrew Shaw is not worth a 2nd and a 3rd, Matt Duchene was traded for a 1st and a 3rd, and a B- level prospect. Shaws career high in points is 39, on a very good Blawkhawks squad.
-Even if you got Dahlin, your D-Core is still depleted with Mete or Petry becoming second best D-Man. I don't see MB giving away Weber, Alzner and Benn just so Dahlin gets top line minutes.
The pacioretty deal is okay, I definitely think Habs could get a better haul as Max can put up 40 goals on a very good team.

Erik Karlsson + Arizona trade
1/5 star trade for reasons:
- Justin Schultz is a 2nd/3rd d-man, even though he had good point totals last year he is on pace for maybe 35-36 points. Ottawa needs a d-man who can consistently put up 50+ points a year.
- Let's face it, Guentzel on any other team besides Toronto, Tampa or Pittsburgh is a low tier top 6 player, maybe adds some value, but definitely not enough.
-A first round pick isn't going to cut it, maybe Schultz, Guentzel, two firsts and an A level prospect would at least have Dorion picking up the phone. Karlsson is the best d-man in the league and arguably a top 3 player, he isn't going to be traded for a top 4 dman, top 6 player and a 1st round pick which will be very late if not bottom 4.

HOT TOPIC------Erik Karlsson
I feel like people are forgetting Karlsson is the best Dman in the league plus a top 3 player, they aren't taking two middle 6 forwards, a top 4 dman, a b level prospect and two fourths for the best defenseman since Lindström. Just no.

True, at the same time he's a 5th d-man and still has potential on a okay contract and they should be able to afford him as they have 24M in cap space.
