Hi fellow Leafian. Would like the CBJ trade more if Bobrovsky wasn't included. Somehow spending 7.4m on a goalie is obscene. Rebuilding Leafs have to find cheaper goalies alternatives such as discovering if Sparks and/or Bibeau are NHLers.
Nylander seems to destined to be an NHL centre and Marner again is playing centre in junior. As a result I would prefer to see the Leafs spend some on their UFA money on a Dman or RW, and not on Stamkos.

Taking on Bobrovsky is to get the deal done. Of course I would rather not include him, but I think it sweetens the pot for CBJ to do the deal.

I think you need to get talent and if Stamkos will come here I think you need to make it happen. Worry later about which guys play the wing and which guys play centre. You can never have enough elite centres....
