Ekblad is great, and also one concussion away from retiring. Vancouver doesn't have a chance of getting him from FLA so long as he can play.

I'm going to hope Nashville wins the cup next season, and are willing to trade PK Subban to keep the team together.
Then Vancouver trades for PK Subban, acquires Tavares as UFA, and retains Tanev. Reuniting 3 guys from that summer league team, plus the Subban brother dynamic with Jordan Subban.
