Description
Alex wants to win a cup and he'll try his best to. Which could mean if the pens acquire him they'll have more chances of winning again. Ovi is also declining a bit faster than Malkin which mean currently Malkin is worth more than him. Malkin also wants Ovi to win a cup, so he won't mind. And Malkin in Washington can also give them hope. Guy's pretty good. Pairing Ovi and Sid in one line will be really dominant. Also Ovi has one less year in his contract than Malkin does which means if starts playing bad his contract can be moved easier than if Malkin starts playing bad. Since Malkin will leave that'll decrease the defence of the Pens cause Ovi can't play defence. This is why from acquiring Carlson for 1 year, it will also better their blue line. And the pick is there to even out the imbalance Carlson and cole.
