Not sure the Flyers or Sens would do this but it's definitely well constructed offer that I think both sides would consider.

The Sens take on the risk of taking on TK with only one year left on his deal and the Flyers take on the risk of a NMC and multiple years at an 8 million cap hit for a good D but one who has averaged only 57 games per season over the last four.

The much talked about Laughton and 12 for Joseph and 7 is one that both teams fans think the other should add to so it's probably more or less fair.

No idea. They seem pretty intent on re-signing TK and while the reward could be huge the risk of taking on Chabot's contract with the NTC kicking in is legit. If I had to guess I would say the Flyers would be interested in a smaller deal than this. I personally would strongly consider the above deal as is.
