It’s all subjective. I believe Ottawa WANTS to get rid of Chychrun so they SHOULD retain! Ottawa fans will disagree. With the package listed here, I would have added 1.5mm of retention and sign Heinen with that money!

After Florida likely loses half their dcore to free agency and carolina as well this is likely the best dcore in the league. You've got one of the best young dmen on your bottom pair so you better hope chychrun doesnt get an extension or Lohrei is out the door
