I think it makes a ton of sense especially when you consider 25 and 39 are likely in the same tier of player. It removes the optics of Chychrun and a #1, while also providing the value necessary for the Bruins since Chychrun is likely a rental.

Boston is never going to think Forsberg is a valuable asset, but maybe his history in Ottawa creates an opportunity in a more limited role.
