Rutger is one of the best prospects in the NHL, and Namestnikov has become a fill in 2C in Winnipeg, so he is more valuable now.

I promise you Namestnikov part 3 isn't happening in TB. He had 11 goals 37 points he's not going to get the ice time to do even that again and is meh defensively. TB was 23 in GA Brisebois stated primary off season objective is Goal prevention. Trading Cirelli does nothing to help with that.

So you're just against a Cirelli trade in general. Makes sense
