Uhm I think Blake Lizotte has about the same offensive output as David Kampf. Less good defensively and smaller but slightly fiestier i guess... All this to say, he's definitely not worth $3M or a 3C. A package around Kempe would get me very exited though.

i think youre overrating marner's return quite a bit. if we do see him traded, i would be shocked if we got that much value back
