As a Hawks fan I'd say no thanks. Maroon is a fine player and another draft pick is nice, but Schmaltz is part of their future. The value is there, but I'm not sure it makes sense for the Hawks to do this.

I like the deal and it is fair, but I'd like to keep Schmaltz, if he doesn't produce well by TD, I'd make that deal.

Hawks need a center more than anything, if Schmaltz can step up, the hawks can't move him.

I'm not sure why you're demoting Ryan Hartman to the bench. The guy scored 19 goals in his rookie year last year.
