I strongly agree with you here and they would be lucky to get such a prospect in return. He has been in his prime and has only been enigmatic, inconsistent head case. He will get a Kuzy like return, half retained and they might get a 2nd or 3rd round pick back to take that headache off of their hands. And no I'm not bitter at all about the Kuzy situation...

Sure. My assumption is CBJ doesn't want to eat $4.35M for the next two seasons but if they would, then yeah they'll get value back.
