If the Pens could trade Kessel without having to retain salary along with maybe Hagelin, they could afford Tavares on a long term contract.

Where is Scott Wilson? Melker Karlsson has never really been a center and doesn't score much, I hope we can do better for Hagelin. Rowney and Sprong have a lot to prove before they get those raises.
