Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

Trade w/ Minn gets us a better goalie and F project in Rossi. They get a year of Husso to make sure Wallstedt is ready and for Fleury injury insurance plus a F prospect and picks.
Trade w/ Florida gets us some snarl on D, I love the idea of him pairing w/ Simon. Plus Ekblad is from windsor so closer to home. Florida gets a ton back, part of which is to take Holl back. They'll need RD if Montour leaves and trade Ekblad.
Sign Lindholm for a not terrible AAV, we do like our Swedes and if he gets back to 30-40 goals/year we have balanced scoring. Good depth at C as Kasper/Nate develop on the wings.
Petry chills in the minors until Ekblad gets injured and mentors the kids since buying him out didn't save much more cap.
Not sure this team makes the playoffs but now you have 5 Stevie Y 1st round picks in the show and we can really see how good they can be. (or can't be)

A bunch of nothing in value doesn’t get Rossi or Gustavsson, much less both. Offer a serious fair proposal, not a one sided proposal. Nothing you offered here even gets Rossi. Husso is a contract Dump wild don’t need. Wild don’t need a G, worse one and more expensive. Rossi isn’t getting traddd for 2nd and nothing of Value

I thought this as well and then realized they don’t have any more retention slots.

His best value is probably to a team that can retain him at 50% at the TDL.

Rossi isn’t on the block. They aren’t trying to move him. Wild are full now at the position so they are trying to get bigger and see if they can get the same or better player. He still does have a ton of value! Literally wild only offered him for the player/ prospect Anaheim got.

Wild aren’t interested in giving away Rossi. So they will keep him. Your opinion that he doesn’t have a ton of value

That's a good point I didn't think of. I figured to a team where he'll get minutes and help the kids develop into pros, good locker room guy etc.

Russo was very specific in saying it would have to be a legit one for one hockey trade with elite talent coming back for Rossi. He also isn't in favor himself of trading Rossi . Rossi isn't on the block for garbage
