Think people gotta realize that Mitch is probably not going to waive his no-move clause, so we gotta get realistic with what cap we can use in FA.

Think resigning domi and bert to 4 year deals can reduce the AAV.
Think Robertson gets one more shot with this team for around that price. Think that third line should get good minutes in a game.

Everyone has hopped on the Zadorov and Pesce bandwagon. I think Matt Roy is better than Pesce and Edmundson is a better fit for the team than Zadorov. Roy will probably be cheaper than Pesce. Roy also hits and blocks way more shots than Pesce. Edmundosn is familiar with Berube as well as him being way cheaper than Zadorov. With the way Zadorov is playing right now in the playoffs, he will get the bag this FA.

Stolarz might get more than what I signed him for but I just wanted to be cap compliment all the signings could vary.

I think Tree needs to be smart with the signings this offseason especially if Marner or Tavares doesn't move.

I know this is basically running it back but that's just what might happen. You can look at it this way we failed yet again but we were close again. We have Berube who can hopefully fuel this team and play as one unit. We know what we had last year and to all the fans out there you can't lie when I say you thought this team was pretty solid. Upgrading on defense and having all three d lines be very solid is huge. Goaltending could be a question mark but at the trade deadline if Calgary isn't close to playoffs Markstrom is going to want out again and I think you will have to pull the trigger on him.
