I recall there were some games on the Ducks with Z at RW this season, and I just caught a line chart from the IIHF mens tournament showing Z at RW as well.

It's starting to make me wonder if there's been a subtle, covert push to develop Z as a RW. There's a lot of comparables between Z and another highly skilled LH forward that Verbeek is familiar with in Drouin, and his best years offensively in Tampa were when he was a RW. To add to that, Z is still playing on the correct side to pull off a Michigan if he's on RW, adding to his ability to deceive defenders.

I've got a sneaking suspicion that maybe, Z becomes McTavish's RW with either Gauthier, Killorn, or even our boy Franky Wheels on LW next season.
