There is a very legitimate chance he does. Him, Samsonov, and Keefe are going to get run out of town this summer. I could see him being a great fit for Nashville though, him and Forsberg would have excellent synergy. I think the Preds probably have to include Fabbro but otherwise it's probably a good basis for a trade.

Preds need an actual 1C, not more wingers. He'd do well with Forsberg but it's unwise to have that much money tied into our wingers when our center core sucks

I'm not arguing Preds need a center but their #1 need is elite talent and Marner, despite his issues right now is that. Preds could try and go after Necas or something after to play center

He does have full control, no argument on that but now that guys like Matthews and Nylander are yelling at him I would not be shocked if he wasn't willing to waive his NTC. I think Nashville is absolutely one of the best fits for him. I think some other teams would be Seattle, St. Louis, and NYI
