Honestly can't see Leonard signing at this point, feels like there's too much running against it. Neither Smith nor Perreault have left BC yet, he could go back for another year to finish the job he started this year, but most importantly I just kinda don't see a spot for him. They won't bump Patches or Oshie out of the lineup, NAK and Malenstyn have been so effective with Dowd that they're likely safe, and I can't see someone like Milano getting the boot in favor of Leonard. Think we're going to have to wait another year to see Leonard (and I will be acquiring a Leonard 50th anniversary jersey no matter what my wallet has to say about the matter)

Yeah I'd agree with this as well.

I also hope either Jensen and/or Sandin can return...both seem close-ish, surprisingly. Sandin skated yesterday for a long time apparently and Jensen was around the facility (unsure if he actually skated).

I really have been pleasantly surprised with Malenstyn - he was probably the most notable skater last night (and NAK). While he won't put up many points, I see him being a staple for the 4th line moving forward
