Zellweger is a smallish offensive LHD. Mintyukov is an offensive LHD. Both of them replace Cam Fowler.
On the RHD side Radko Gudas, also with Fowler, neither really fit in a Ducks compete window at any high level of minutes. Their RHD prospect pool is weak at best.
So I will respectfully disagree with you that when it comes to need, Ducks pick the best RHD prospect in either Levshunov, or Parekh.
With Strome locked up, McTavish, and Carlsson, there is no need to draft a centre even if they dump Zegras. A 4th line centre Nathan Gaucher is also in their farm system.
The other option is they draft a scoring winger and Eiserman if Demidov is gone would fit the need over a centre
