Gotta think Cowan and Minten are Leafs in 25/26. Tavares? He's certainly not a bad as a few CF commentators says, but kinda doubting he's a Leaf in 25/26.

They likely will be - agreed, BUT, I would MUCH rather see them spend AT LEAST 1 year in the AHL first. It's high time the Leafs start developing their talent PROPERLY and SLOWLY and not force kids into the NHL lineup. Be more like the ducks who waited on Getzlaf and Perry for a couple years before bringing them up to the big club. Let Minten and Cowan develop some chemistry with LOTS of reps together in the AHL in all situations, gain experience and confidence along the way too. THEN bring them up and they can hit the ground running (or the ice skating so to speak) and be the impactful players they look like they are going to be.
