Description
Hayes and Hertl are very comparable on paper. Both young 3C's on good teams. Hayes puts up more points, Hertl is better in his own and 1.5 years younger. Gropp and the pick make up for those differences.

I like the Trocheck trade, however I don't think the panthers would go for that, might need to add a little more or swap a piece. That's way too much to give up for Hertl. This also doesn't work cap wise as there's no 13th forward and 7th defenseman.
