Vatrano may be one of the most overrated players on this site by Rangers fans, and I have been saying for some time now that I hope the Rangers don’t acquire him. He had one playoff run where he benefitted immensely from his line mates, and one highly productive season this year where he’s given prime minutes in every situation on a bottom-feeder. I would much rather have Roslovic for a distant 4th than Vatrano for a 1st.

Was the right decision. Vatrano is having a flash in the pan season and very likely to regress. Liked having him when he cost a 4th but not this

His impact won’t look nearly as good as people think. Henrique isn’t special. He was overpriced himself. We got 2 players that aren’t far off from being equivalent for a fraction of the price.
