I’m aware of the first trade but did that second one happen or is that just a move you made? I do want to see a puck mover on the back end added however I would have preffered paying the price to bring back Barrie. Better vibes for the locker room and better player. Let’s go oilers

No just one that I made up. Barrie at 25% would work too.

Second one is what came out about the Canes willing to eat half his salary for a 5th, per Seravalli.

Interesting. It’s not a bad option.

The way Seravalli worded his tweet out about it sort of came off as TDA asking for the trade himself. He's been floating in and out as the 7th Dmen this whole time and essentially pushed out of the main roster. He's serviceable at most and is just a waste of right under 2 million to sit in the press box every night for us right now.

I like it but have a small concern. I’m not overly familiar with what ever happened in the past but doesn’t have a great track record of being good in the dressing room. Maybe that’s unfair to say. I’m ok with the gamble just as long as holland does his research first. If a guy is going to be around the team but not really playing I’d much prefer he brings an accepting personality to the role. It’s gotta be tough to sit and watch your team play and carry a smile. That’s a small but important component in my opinion.

Nothing really came out of the locker room saying he's a cancer for the Canes (that we know of), especially for his first year. The worst trouble he got in was just accumulating a couple of garbage time misconducts and a embellishment fine since they were stacked up.

And now's your chance since he's up on waivers, lol

Carolina is either an awesome place to play or they are really good at keeping internal issues internal. Oilers seemed to go in a different direction. But I will admit this option was beginning to grow on me.
