Adding a 2RW doesn't make the team better? How do you have Pickard over Driedger? You can't actually expect Skinner & Pickard to be your answer this year.. And is Schultz really that much more porous than Desharnais? I mean I sheltered him on the 3rd pair here so it's not like he'd have the tough assignments?
