Avs should decline the NAS trade. Trading the only G we have in the system who might be able to be a cheap back up next year is a bad idea. If it was a different piece in there maybe, and if they were doing something with NAS I'd go hard after Novak and avoid the PHI trade. To whit.....not enough value in the PHI trade to the Avs. Even on a poorer year for Byram his value alone is higher even before adding Meyers and a 5th. That may not be a massive amount of extra value but they're assets wasted. Moving RyJo if they can should be a priority though, that's agreed. It's not that he doesn't still have ability, he's simply a terrible fit with the Avs and it's not only showing but I think it may be getting to him as well which is just exacerbating it.

The roster downgrades aren't worth a 5th to NSH.
