Why trade Brodz? As a depth forward hes needed here. Wheeler should be waived and JBrodz should be playing 4RW.

For wheeler's value at 800,000 he hasn't been bad for a fourth liner and I doubt he would want to waive to go to Nashville at this moment in time plus nashville might not want him

Wheeler rarely ever plays on the 4th line. Hes slow as heck, not physical at all and a defensive liability. Unless hes playing with Mika hes completely useless. Brodz is faster, provides more energy and defensively solid.

Cost to dump Goody is a 1st plus. 3 more years AFTER this at nearly 4 mil is a terrible contract that no one is taking on unless it's a haul. So add a a 1st to that and the Sharks maybe consider

That's barely enough to dump him. What are you giving for Duclair? Ranger fans dont understand that Goodrow not just going to disappear or get an asset back for that contract. Same disease with Campbell in Edmonton
