Option A - home team gets to match highest bid (read FA plan for more info) and gets a 10% discount on the player

Option B - same as number A, except ONLY players who's rights have NOT been traded in this game are fit for the discount. If the player has been traded in this game, the player is disqualified from the 10% home team discount
