I don’t think so, the Rangers have Hollowell, who is a RHD and is the same age as Ferraro, but he may he a perennial tweener.

I think WSH would want a bit more coming back to move Dowd to a direct divisional rival, even if I do think he'd be a perfect fit their. Wonder if something involving them taking back Goodrow (and a lot more futures) would work

Honestly, I doubt the Rangers are winning the cup this year, but Dowd has an extra year and the other two guys should be cheap enough that their additions don’t mortgage the future of the team while still giving them a fair shot in the playoffs.

I doubt it, the Rangers have plenty of cap space to make additions without moving him, and the only year his buyout has a significant penalty is after Panarin and Trouba’s contracts end.

I hope not. He's been solid at 11pts in 30 games. A lot better than Goodrow's 5pts in 47, or Pitlick's 3pts in 31 games. I think Pitlick is first on the chopping block out of them

NYR never do the correct move. They would see it as “brodzinski is still the Wolf Pack’s captain” and send him down for the AHL playoffs
