Description
Reasonable contracts, no one gets ripped off
Dominic Moore takes hometown discount as he recognizes teams cap struggles, as does Stoll, two veterans take a hit for the better of the team.
Yandle also sees this and takes a little less to stay in town.
Byfuglien gets a decent raise and a nice long contract, reason he gets 5.5 is because he is a liabitlity, he gets suspended and takes penalties a little too often, if Rangers do no re-sign Byfuglien they sign a different UFA DMan like Dan Hamhuis
Andrew Ladd earns a fat contract for a 50+ point guy
Chris Neil signs as he still has yet to win a cup and battles for a 12th/13th forward spot takes a small discount.
Buchnevich and Tambellini fight for third line spot, play about 30-40 games each depending on performance.
Take into account cap could be raised as high as $74 mil

I would be interested to see how this lineup panned out but Krieder isn't taking less than 5 AAV. And I would put a decent amount of money on the fact that Moore would take a discount but not that deep of a discount. I'd much rather they sign Demers in the offseason but that's just me. I also think Yandle probably takes a little less than that to stay with us. He can take big money else where but not any team that's winning a cup anytime soon. In a dream world we would trade away Girardi as well but that's looking more unlikely by the day

Seems like a lot Ranger arrogance that all these players are going to sign for less money just to be a Ranger. I can see Stoll and Moore signing for less as they probably won't be receiving many offers. Agree with Pavel...just think some of the Rangers RFA may receive more. In my previous post....the Rangers still have Nash and his 7.8m salary. Can't see him being moved as few teams have cap room for his 7.8m a year and Nash has a NTC.
Don't know if the Rangers are going to any closer to a Stanley Cup than some other teams next year. Neil is a life long Senator....certainly will get more money from the Senators who have lots of cap money if he still wants to play. Yandle is there a spot for him in Boston, or Florida next year? Byfuglien is likely to a Jet all year, so the Rangers have about a 1 in 30 chance of signing him. I think multiple teams will offer at least 5.5m.
Klein seems to a adequate Dman, and at 2.9 m a bargain. The rebuilding Leafs aren't going to give up a second rounder for a guy with one year left on the contract. And Glass, the only way Arizona might take him with one year left on his contract is if the Rangers include a second round pick. Oh, with no cap room for Rangers Ladd stays in Winnipeg, With Ranger cap room Ladd stays in Winnipeg.
