Seems like a lot Ranger arrogance that all these players are going to sign for less money just to be a Ranger. I can see Stoll and Moore signing for less as they probably won't be receiving many offers. Agree with Pavel...just think some of the Rangers RFA may receive more. In my previous post....the Rangers still have Nash and his 7.8m salary. Can't see him being moved as few teams have cap room for his 7.8m a year and Nash has a NTC.
Don't know if the Rangers are going to any closer to a Stanley Cup than some other teams next year. Neil is a life long Senator....certainly will get more money from the Senators who have lots of cap money if he still wants to play. Yandle is there a spot for him in Boston, or Florida next year? Byfuglien is likely to a Jet all year, so the Rangers have about a 1 in 30 chance of signing him. I think multiple teams will offer at least 5.5m.
Klein seems to a adequate Dman, and at 2.9 m a bargain. The rebuilding Leafs aren't going to give up a second rounder for a guy with one year left on the contract. And Glass, the only way Arizona might take him with one year left on his contract is if the Rangers include a second round pick. Oh, with no cap room for Rangers Ladd stays in Winnipeg, With Ranger cap room Ladd stays in Winnipeg.
