He's said he's going to evaluate after this season what he's going to do, but he's noted that he doesn't have any desire to move his family again. They still have a house in Montreal and Pittsburgh, hence why I said those would be the most likely places IF he were to play.
Taking Teuvo over Nylander is... yeah.
Those are not good trades for Seattle or Arizona. Seattle has multiple Jarnkrok's on their team now, they can resign those guys in the off-season and not waste draft capital.
Arizona's entire blue line is up after this current season. They're not going to spend a 2nd round draft pick to open up a cap and a roster spot for Toronto.
TOR Delusional continues to evolve daily.

Fleury said "that might be it" after this year when talking about wanting to make the most of this season, a natural thing to say for a player that age, and the opposite of stating his retirement. Don't see anywhere where he discussed not wanting to move his family again either. Taking Teuvo over Nylander, at potentially $3.5 mil less for 3 fewer years is better value than what we'd resign Nylander for, and would let us afford our younger players while letting them grow into bigger roles.
Seattle has multiple expiring contracts and a 3rd is much less than Jarnkrok is worth on his current contract, not to mention the familiarity the organization has with him already. They have multiple UFAs who expire this year who would cost much more to resign (cap space has value that can even be determined with draft picks).
Arizona's entire blue line is up next year as the cap grows by 4 mil, meaning that will dictate their next contracts, and increase the value of a player who can play top 4 minutes at 2 mil. They also have TEN 2nd round draft picks in the next 3 years and are already turning a corner, this hurts your point rather than helping it.
There's no "delusion" here, these are trade values that are all based on precedent for which I purposely made sure the value was less for the Leafs to avoid arguments with arrogant dimwits like yourself. I like how every other team is overpaying, but you have no comments on what the Leafs are giving up.
Move along.
