No Patrick Kane doesn't sign that, And hell no is Patrick Kane playing 3rd line minutes. And according to Friedman and Johnston it's down to Buffalo, Detroit, Florida and NYR Dallas is out of it.

One of the first non-underpays for Tanev, so kudos on that. Patrick Kane is not signing a one year at that AAV though. Also, because some teams are probably still stupid enough to put him in that spot, he probably won't accept anything but a top six role.

Yeah but there’s no space for him in the top 6 in Dallas. I mean with him on the team the 4th line looks like
Dadonov-Faksa-Smith and it’s pretty expensive. Overall I don’t think they need him they should be focusing on a real top 4 D man who can eat big time minutes
