Joking aside, it's still a solid line-up. Top 6 looks great. Bottom 6 could do with some work. D needs some help. Ultimately though, WSH isn't winning anything unless their top players step up when needed.

Caps will definitely be middle of the pack in the east next year, and that may be a good thing. I think Burakovsky has to have his breakout year this up coming season (close to 30 goals), think Connolly can score 20 goals easily, and wouldn't be surprised if Vrana hits 20 if he plays in top 6 consistently because if so, he will get his chances. The blueline is another story, even though it seems a lot of people are high on Djoos, Bowey, Hobbs, and Johanson.
