I mean... Yeah, he probably is, unless TOR trades his negotiating rights after their season ends and someone locks him up before the opening of free agency on July 1st. But, CHI definitely shouldn't sign him.

Why would the Hawks sign Nick Ritchie for $2m next season when the guy can’t even find a spot in the NHL this year? At most he gets a two way deal at NHL minimum.

No… he’s probably not… leafs have the money to pay him…

Sure. It's possible. But, If they give him what he wants, TOR will only have around $22M to sign the other half of their roster. Which includes the entire right side of their defense, at least one more top 6 winger, a goalie, and then some.
