Doesn't make sense for both teams.

Ducks don't need to acquire D-men, they need to see what they have and it looks like they'll have a very strong defense

Sens don't need Centers, with Stutzle and Norris (+ Greig, Jarventie and Ostapchuk), how would Zegras develop as a Center

Sens need to have a strong Top-4 and removing Chabot destroy their Top-4. They need to compete now

Ducks need Zegras for their future

Pinto and Zellweger are great young players but both teams don't want to do this

Sanderson makes $925,000 this season so he can't be overpaid. People in general think he will be well worth his cap hit as soon as 2024-25
