Burns, Orlov, and DeAngelo leave next year which will give leave us with Slavin and Skeji who need a defensive partner. Morrow will go with Skeji and Nikishin can go with Slavin. then we still have plenty of room to sign the remaining RFA's and a 4LW. With Jarvis it makes sence to sign a bridge deal. I doubt he will want the money that the canes wanna give him and the bridge will get him to 23 and then he can sign a 8 year deal when the cap is over 92m which will give the canes more fexibility. Stamkos I feel could get us over the hump and win it all because he is a former 60g scorer and will be a consistant ppg and 40 goal scorer. Especially beside Necas and Aho. His injuries and fatigue from the long runs should be gone by now and I am aware that the last year of the contract maybe ugly but it should be worth it if we can get 1 or 2 cups before that. Necas has proven he is worth the money and should be given a 6 year deal. In this season if he proves me wrong and is worth more than this might not work. I meann this is all hypothetical and all something that I'd want but who knows if Waddell can get it. In 2025-26 Kochetkov should be more than ready to take the reigns and Perets should get some starts when Freddie gets injured so we know the hype is real if not we could be able to sign a random backup goaltender or Vondras (if he makes that step) and make him the back-up.
