Cuylle making the roster over othmann is a longer shot

I think the pecking order will be Pitlick > Belzile > Othmann > Cuylle

i really hope othmann gets some time in the a to get used to faster nhl/ahl pace but soon enough hell be up here

I mean hell get used to it in the AHL. Sadly they’re in win-now mode so there’s little room for mistakes to be made by othmann/cuylle

even with a win now mentality, it does not entail that othmann is a direct need right now. cuylle is nhl ready and looked good in the games he played. him alongisde a guy like kreider and tro would greatly benefit him and we could see a goodrow esque and maybe even in the fullest potential, a wilson type player

Ehhh, I thought he looked slow and lost in the 4 games he played

I mean I prefer Cuylle to play Top 6 and PP1 minutes in the AHL as opposed to sheltered minutes in the NHL
