Description

This team is defiantly building towards something, the offence is much improved, adding what they've added, along with the young guys developing, they will def score a lot of goals. The defence is where there are alot of questions for me, I don't love Holl, plus im worried how much Chariot might regress again this year. It likely would've been better to give some of the younger Dmen a shot before paying for Holl, Chariot and Ghost.

Ghost will be a nice addition I think but Chiarot is still a head scratcher. Between Petry, Ghost, Holl, Chiarot it could be a rotation but at the very least it is injury insurance.

Sounds like Edvinsson is skating and apparently could be ready for the season opener, although I don’t see how he doesn’t start in GR unless his play forces another move.

The more I look at it, the more I don't mind it. Only way it could be bad is if Edvinsson outplays several guys and still winds up in GR. If he can't outplay Chiarot/Holl/Petry/Maatta/Ghost consistently, it's best he develops in the AHL.
Besides, if he's up in the NHL and two of the depth guys are sitting every night, that's a plus. Can never have too much serviceable depth.
