Duchene trade will probably have to include Sprong, and maybe even Aston-reese, sakic wants youth, hags turns 29 in august. Also No desire to bring in two guys that are very close to 40, specially considering they're going to both want money, and at least Joe wants 3yrs. Id be fine with Joe if the deal is reasonable, and like a 1yr or 2yr, and id rather bring Sheary back over Marleau.
Marleau had 46 pts in 82 games, turns 38 in August, probably going to want around 4mil.
Sheary had 53 pts in 61 games, turned 25 last month, probably going to be around 2-2.5 mil. I take sheary.

I think the Duchene trade will need to include at least Sprong like rsusko said, maybe throw in RFA rights to Sheary. No thank you on Joe and Marleau.
