Starting to get a bit nervous that we're closing in on his arbitration hearing and he hasn't been signed yet. If they don't get it done before the hearing, he'd get a one year deal which would lead him to the open market next summer.

It's clear that Verbeek wants to sign him otherwise he would have traded his RFA rights by now. So who's playing hardball?

I feel like term has to be the sticking point, Im thinking Beek wants something around 4-5 years and Terry wants 7-8, but who really knows. I am definitely starting to get a bit nervous though

Arbitration amounts came out today. Team submitted 4.5 AAV to the Arbitrator, Terry's camp submitted 8 AAV.

Really seems like a deal for $6.5-7 mil AAV long term should be in the cards, but I haven't heard about desired term from either side.
